1. Data processed locally
The extension reads AI conversation DOM that the user can access to create export files. Conversation text is not sent to the AExporter backend for export generation.
2. Service data
To provide purchases, redemption, device binding, quotas and support, the backend may process email, order identifiers, plan, payment status, device public key or hash, IP hash, security logs and redemption status. Sensitive identifiers use hashing, HMAC or encryption where appropriate.
3. Service providers
Stripe processes international payments; Resend handles email; Neon hosts the database; Railway hosts the API; Cloudflare manages the website and domain. Each provider processes necessary data under its own privacy policy.
4. Retention and security
Data is kept only as long as needed for operations, security, refunds and legal obligations. HTTPS, signed redemption, device binding, rate limiting and least privilege reduce risk, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
5. Your choices
You can stop using and uninstall the extension. Contact support from the purchase email to request access, correction or deletion of identifiable service data; legal and anti-fraud obligations may limit deletion.
6. Children
The service is not directed at children who cannot independently consent to the applicable terms. Minors should use it with guardian guidance.
