How to request a review
Email support@aexporter.uk from the purchase address with the order reference, channel, time and issue. Do not send a full card number or redemption code.
Unused Xianyu codes
An unused, untransferred code with verifiable order details may be refunded or revoked according to the Xianyu order and the agreement reached with support. The code is invalidated after a refund.
Activated entitlements
Activated, device-bound digital entitlements generally are not eligible for no-reason refunds. If a core function remains unavailable after reasonable troubleshooting, logs may be submitted for manual review. An approved refund revokes the license.
Stripe
Stripe refunds are returned through the original payment record. Duplicate charges, fraud and non-delivery receive priority review. Timing depends on Stripe and the card issuer.
Third-party platform changes
AI website changes are a known Early Access risk. A temporary compatibility issue does not automatically qualify for a refund, but scope, duration and remediation will be considered.
