1. Service scope
AExporter helps users export AI conversations they can lawfully access in their browser. Users must have the right to access the exported content and comply with third-party terms for services such as ChatGPT and Claude.
2. Early Access
The product is in Early Access. Changes to third-party page structures, browser policies or platform restrictions may temporarily affect features. Core export issues will be maintained, but uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy and permanent compatibility are not promised.
3. Licenses and devices
Redemption codes, license tokens and device bindings are for the purchaser within the selected plan. Resale, sharing, quota bypass, entitlement tampering and attacks are prohibited. The first redemption binds the current device.
4. Payment and term
Mainland China Early Access uses manually delivered Xianyu redemption codes. International orders use Stripe. The plan term begins under the first-activation or renewal rules. Automated WeChat Pay and Alipay are not yet available.
5. User responsibility
Users must verify export completeness, protect their files and redemption codes, and not treat a result as a complete backup when the log reports incomplete scan or page errors.
6. Third-party platforms
AExporter is independent from AI platforms and does not control their availability, content policies or page changes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AExporter is not liable for third-party changes, user error, data loss, indirect losses or losses beyond the amount paid.
8. Termination
We may suspend or revoke entitlements for fraud, abuse, attacks, stolen payment methods or serious breaches. Valid refunds and revocations follow the refund policy.
